Welcome to Concord Ridge, a place where your home is where you live and the community is how you live. Our objective is to create a traditional style, residential community of "Neighborhoods" by approved builders, offering different housing products and price points. While offering different housing products, they are all to share a common theme in traditional design and appearance.

The location of Concord Ridge is in Royalton Township and within St. Joseph School system. It is minutes from Interstate 94 and Interstate 96. Minutes from great recreation: Lake Michigan, Inland Lakes, Harbor Shores Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and many other courses in the general vicinity. Less than a half hour from South Bend, IN, Harbor Country, South Haven and more sites to visit.

Concord Ridge is a step above most developments with its' architectural styled brick/stone mail boxes, sidewalks, lots that will enhance your dream home. We are currently in Phase I of a three phase development which will offer approximately 150 home sites. The housing products being offered in Phase I are:

• Larger homes will generally be located along the eastern boundary of the development and will include ravine and pond lots. These homes will have a minimum of 2,500 square feet and are lots 21 through 29.
• Homes on lots 14 through 20 will have a minimum of 2,200 square feet.
• Homes on lots 1 through 13, and lots 30 through 34 will have a minimum of 1,700 square feet.
• Ranch or Villa style homes having a minimum of 1,300 square feet will be built on lots 35 through 48.

All homes are subject to approval and must abide by the Architectural Standards established by the Developers. These standards are to insure uniformity in theme as well as protect the home owner's values. We want you to be proud of where and how you live in Concord Ridge.
