We have three basic homes we like to build: our Standard Series, our Signature Series and our Premier Series.

Our Standard Series provides a homeowner with high quality at our most cost efficient & effective price.

Many of our Standard Series homes actually are superior in quality and workmanship than many low end, high volume builders.

The Signature Series builds on the Standard Series with additional amenities, found in many upscale homes. For example, generous allowances that allow you to pick out the amenities you have always dreamed about.

Our wood flooring is ¾" solid wood with a wide variety of selections. The main floor and basements are all 9' heights and usually include some vaulted and trayed ceilings.

In our basements we take the time to work with you and eliminate the jack posts to open up the potential for future finishing. We include a back-up sump pump system, our mechanicals are grouped in one area to provide more usable floor space. We include 4' wide staircases to the lower level/basements which eases the movement of large items like furniture, beds, etc.

Our Signature Series includes a full finished bath in the lower level/basements and we normally finish a lower level type foyer so if the bath is used, your guests never leave the finished part of the home. And there is even more included...come talk to us and see.

Our Premier Series is no more than larger allowances, usually larger homes with more elaborate roof lines and amenities, but the quality and workmanship is the same regardless of which series you choose.

We track our costs and review, at a minimum, every thirty days with our client, the project cost to-date and projected costs to make sure we always stay within budget and within the timeframe.
